- Check-in (hotel) from 2:00 p.m., Check-out (hotel) by 11:00 a.m. at the latest
- Check-in (apartment) from 3:00 p.m., Check-out (apartment) by 11:00 a.m. at the latest
- Private parking is possible on site and costs € 10,00 per day, garage parking on request spot per day: € 21,00
- Dog fee per day: € 15.00; we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area.
- Usual deposit and cancellation fee: we kindly ask you to pay 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit when making your reservation. The Austrian terms & condition (AGBH 2006) in German) apply to cancellations.
